  can anyone save me the stress of listening to the self-appointed faithful & discreet slave for 3 hours, and give a clue as to roughly at what point in the proceedings was the derogatory term 'bum witnesses used, and by whom?

  i'd really love to extract that comment and send it to a weakening witness, to highlight the judgmental arrogance and name-calling being displayed.. many thanks in advance folks!.

  According to a reliable source, there is a "great urgency like never before on a project, to get this completed very quickly."

  Perhaps it's got something to do with having to vacate the Brooklyn buildings totally before they can get their hands on all the money expected!

  So if the GB & Co - horts get their way of having more and more skilled volunteers on site, maybe the project will be completed by 2016.

  the poor brothers who have spent so much time, effort, and their 'valuable things', creating a website which proves the nwt is second - to - none, (http://onlytruegod.org/defense/pageindex.htm) will now have to deconstruct the website and build a brand new one which admits that the nwt was second - to the revised nwt!!!.

  to have the glorious ones debunk your extraordinary efforts to prove their translation was the 'cat's whiskers' of bible translations - for revenue purposes - is nothing short of damned inconsiderateness!!!

  oh well, the truth never changes - it's just our understanding of it, as well as the light getting brighter!

  also accounts of how they "miraculously" received bibles that they didn't think they could get - eg.

  geneva bible.. now - watchtower study review as there is no meeting tomorrow..

  an annual meeting is a legal requirement for a corporation.. the watchtower annual meeting (agm) is a legal event that has become the biggest spiritual event of the year, overshadowing what is supposed to be the most important event, the memorial of christ's death.. praise be to the governing buddies who sit on the throne of christ..

  i just thought i would have another look at the december 2013 watchtower in light of the agm tommorrow.

  slimboyfat had pointed out that even though there is a whole study article on the memorial, there is not one mention of the 144,000 (by number) and it may become new light that the number is no longer literal.. anway i came across this bold outright lie.

  ..from the scriptures why.... 1) material wealth is a sign of jehovah's blessing in our modern day.. 2) why jehovah blesses the growth of chicken populations, but allows active jehovah's witnesses to die in field service, or on the way to conventions, and on the way to celebrate the memorial?

  3) why jesus is not your mediator?

  in talking to sparky the elder today (http://www.jehovahs-witness.net/jw/friends/263862/1/an-elder-called-me-hes-waking-up-and-knew-id-understand-nice-for-him-to-have-a-friend) i found out he did the accounts for our congregation for years.

  he said very rarely did the congregation meet its expenses without some well-off brother chipping in a few grand here and there.

  the elders would also make up the shortfall.
